Use Case: Whether you’re helping a customer locate a specific unit or simply looking to gain a deeper understanding of the community’s layout, Community Maps offers a clear and interactive way to explore the space. This feature is designed to support both customer-facing conversations and internal team knowledge, making it easier to provide accurate, location-based information at a glance. Step-by-Step Instructions:
  1. Select the menu > Communities
  2. Select a community from the list
  3. Click the location pin located at the top to ‘view community map’

Coming Soon: Maps will also support automated leasing conversations by presenting available units to prospective residents. For example, if someone is searching for a three-bedroom unit, our AI agent can now share real time availability alongside an interactive floor plan. This creates a more informed and engaging experience for prospective renters.
